Nerf Onyxia for Hardcore

Currently Onyxia is a beginner raid with the difficulty of BWL. I suggest tuning it more around being a normal raid for the hardcore players as we need certain items from it to safely go into BWL.
The fire resistance items from onyxia are a necessary items, yet the current raid requires people geared in BWL to do without any deaths and consistently.
