Character lost in Portal

Hello!
My HC character Mythzi got killed and when going trough the portal nothing happened. Now I dont have the Character on any real not even on the HC one no more. It is just gone "puff". and the name is still taken so I cant even create a new one.
I also have a video of it happening.
Please help!
