PfQuest and his errors

Greetings everyone! I have a problem with PfQuest, and that o=ptiblrm is with index table, and i think, has someone patched version for lact version of Octowow? And have someone dealed with error 1182?

Install the following 2 versions, avoid the launcher ones :
