Unitscan and Shaguscan

Is any1 using unitscan? I see on twow addon webpage there are 3 forks. Im looking for a version that has the normal elites edited away. It would also be amazing to have the sound file edited so its a small chime instead of a big alarm.
I have been using Shagu Scan, but sadly it seems to be missing mobs now and then. Is any1 else have the same issue with shagu scan?`
