Ony Buff for EACH major + custom NPC's for EACH

I am absolutely sick and tired of Stormwind. Give us the chance to use Ironforge just like we did in Blizz-like Vanilla WoW! Add a fashionista to Darnassus, Ironforge, and every major city! Put target dummies in all of them! Include all the Turtle WoW NPCs in every one of them!
