Information regarding my ban for no apparent reason

Hi there. I logged into my main and secondary accounts today and found that both had been banned. I would like to know the reason for this ban, as I don't believe I've committed any infractions or done anything that would warrant one.

You were banned for being linked to a duo or group (in the internet cafe that you play in) that levels and then sells accounts. Upon further investigation, we are not 100% certain that you are aware of, or personally participating in the operation. In light of that you have been unbanned but your account will remain flagged for extra scrutiny in future RMT scans.
