BG Queue XFaction vs Normal: PVE & PVP realm

I think we can all see which way the wind is blowing on the bg polling question.
On PVP realm, overwhelmingly will vote yes to the question of cross realm and no xfaction because we want queues to pop and we already have no xfaction.
On PVE realm, overwhelmingly will vote to keep xfaction bgs because they want to play with their friends.
The only way this is going to work is if there is two queues which you can join at the same time and you join whichever game pops first.
I think the menu on both realms should be the following:
Queue Mode: ☑ Normal ☑ Cross-Faction
Battlegrounds
▶ Warsong Gulch
Arathi Basin
Thorn Gorge
Alterac Valley
