WTF happened to Bartender?

Why do I have to re-download the game and reset all of the addons and settings that I have? And why are there addons (like Bartender) missing from the list? If I have to reconstruct my UI every time you release a patch, then I'm done.

Well, i can tell you that you don't have to do tha if that helps.

Well, that's comforting. I thought it was a programming problem, but If you say it's my fault, then it must be.
