N'zoth broken

Was disconnected, but cannot log back in.
Allowed to make a new character on a different realm and log in. Did so, but still can't get into N'zoth after an hour.
Tried stuck character website tool, but it thinks the character ( Tshiela, N'zoth ) is still logged in.

Hello,
Still showing offline on the web site but not in game; just kicks you back to server list. Could we get an acknowledgement someone is working on this?
