Have been attempting to connect to the N'zoth server for about 30 minutes now. Continuously put back to the server selection screen. Other servers seem fine.

I've looked through the forums, and there doesn't seem to be any updates or news about this as of yet. Can we can get an ETA on when this will be fixed? 2nd weekend in a row with this issue and no update from the GM's.

N'Zoth was unable to accept new network connections for approximately 4.5 hours this morning/afternoon.

There was an issue caused when players disconnect mid map/zone transition (mid hearth/teleport/boat/zeplin/instance portal) where the normal graceful disconnect function to free up the socket on the server side would not trigger due to the map pointer returning null.

This lead to a slow but consistent build up of consumed but un-used sockets over several days. That eventually prevented all new connections to the server without causing an actual crash/restart which would have freed up those sockets.

We will have a fix out for this issue shortly now that we have identified it. Thank you for your patience!

This happens to me when I click when on the loading screen. The game just closes. No errors or anything and can just sign back in. Didn't realize it was causing server-side issues.
