Facetted Crystal Scope Ranged Crit +2%

Hello, I would like to ask you to check if the Facetted Crystal Scope Ranged Crit +2% is working. My crit percentage is still 20.96%, and it hasn't changed. Please check if it is working. :|

It's ranged crit only, so the default stat (which is global crit) won't show it. Classic UI might if you hover over it. The scope works.
