Scythe of Elune having Shaman tag

Pretty much what it says on the tin, shamans having the ability to go for the Scythe of Elune. Iirc on the torta it was a legit just 'we forgot bro' moment when they made the item. Even if it's not genuinely don't see why it's barred from them.

Honestly i'd rather nerf this item a lot and bound it to druid only.
On the other hand, lack of Aitesh and Scythe exclusively for shamans is higly unfair.
If you're not WFW noob with Orange mace then you got none legendaries.

It's been nerfed hard 2x but yes... no reason Shamans couldn't have either as those are Vanilla WoW hybrid tax leftovers.

I was a Shaman main on Turtle and I'll be honest, not having access to Atiesh and Scythe felt really bad. We can't use Thunderfury because it's a Sword and that's fair, but we have four specializations and the only one that can get a Legendary is Enhancement and it's arguably the least impactful Legendary.
Well I guess the Necklace counts, but I would say that it's also not very impactful.
I guess the argument with Atiesh is that Shaman are kind of 'intended' to use a main hand with a shield. Shields are a big part of our class flavor I'd say-- but god damn, the option to change that up a bit at end game with a really awesome hard to achieve weapon like Atiesh would be nice.
Scythe though, I mean I don't really understand why we didn't get access to that especially considering we don't have access to Atiesh.
I always did get the feeling that the Turtle devs didn't care much for Shaman though.

Your welcome.

U should be happy if u see a tf paladin in pvp if its not phase 1, because they are a terible pvp spec and not relevent

Why are you talking about pvp?
You wrote about imbalance, topic is about legendary item(s).
We are about to bring balance as you wrote - why pala can use two leg items and sham only one?
No TF for palas. Simple as that.

Its a horribly designed legendary. While it would help shamans troughput problems in super lategame, not having access to the unheroic task of beating an old frail man over and over to get the privilege to pay your admission fee of 10k gold just to get a trinket most casters in the raid will be mad at you for wearing (Aka: Why the fuck do we have the scythe nature buff up, unequip that shit, it keeps overriding the fire debuff) is a blessing in disguise
