Lokholar the ice lord doesn't gain stacks as he kills people

AV has a bunch of issues ( Stonehearth Graveyard's spawn point is way too close to the flag for one ) but a jarring one is that Lokholar the Ice Lord does not gain the stacks that make him bigger and stronger as he kills people/mobs. We summoned him and he just got taunted into the Alliance base and killed with no difficulty. He should be way faster/stronger, a wincon. Here he's a joke.
