It is a meme spec with great fun. Top dps up to brd, falls behind in 60 content due to poor gear scaling.
But here is an easy fix:
Make surv talent lightning reflex 1agi 2ap as first tier talent, but add : reduce rap by 100% api also affects spirit bound, now scales with map.
If this makes the bm spec dealing less dmg, just add 30% player crit rate to pet crit in spirit bound talent.

It’s bm melee build I am talking about. Have you ever tried? I don’t think ppl raid with that build.
And the suggestion I made will not affect current bm range build
