Future PvP realm should be 2x, pvp realms traditionally get less people than the PVE realms, that was the case with tel'abim, it did at one point have 1500-1800 concurrent users for a few weeks but it slowly built up to that point over 2 years and it had 2x that whole time... 2x makes it a lower barrier to entry for what isn't the most popular play style.

i agree, also please increase BG mark's limit to 50 at least, 20 is too little for everyday bg action, mailbox gets flooded way too easily

The increased xp rate was exactly the reason why I stopped playing on TA despite being a pvp server fan. I really hope all servers will share the same rates.

If you played on a cross faction pve server rather than a pvp server over 2x xp rate, you don't like pvp servers. People that play on pvp servers do it exclusively. A fan? Lol...Go hold hands with some Paladins

there was almost no low level wpvp - pvp - BG's due to x2 xp + tents
Pvp isn't just at 60 lvl

Well he didn't say that so you can't say he's right. Sporadic lower level bgs is a price worth paying for a well populated realm. There is zero chance you'll play on the PVE realm just because the xp rate is 2X... don't lie darktifa!

he could easily mean, that he didn't play SPECIFICALLY on T'A and choose another pvp realm, due to the x2 xp + tents

i don't know, maybe that's the opinion of your joke of a guild playing in a pvp realm and crying over any world pvp happening, but you just can't disregard everyone's else opinion, as if you are some kind of pvper, lol

From my perspective, a pvp server with no one in the leveling zones or in the pre-60 brackets loses a lot of its appeal. I've been playing wpvp since vanilla launched, so I know what I want without you having to explain it to me. What’s more, it seems that the increased rates tend to attract an audience of people like you. So that’s one more reason to look elsewhere.

Non-60/non-19 BG brackets are something that I've seen a fair number of people express interest in, because the additions and changes to the game dramatically revise how these work. The space is ripe for exploration, but nobody really touched them to my knowledge.
WPvP also is something that vanilla WoW has cemented in its memetic DNA, so a PvP server should not get in the way of this.

My thinking would be that instead of XP rates, there's something similar to the BG bonus rotation but for level brackets or specific WPvP zones. Auto-scheduled ahead of time so people could plan big events if they wanted, of course.

2x XP rates would kill the server. World PvP is the best aspect of PvP in Classic, no idea why anyone would want to limit that.

THE 10-59 BGS WERE NOT DEAD CAUSE OF THE 2X XP RATE ON TEL ABLIM, IT WAS SIMPLY THE PLAYER COUNT THAT CAUSED THIS PROBLEM, BECAUSE THE SERVER WAS LAUNCHED DURING A BLIZZARD CLASSIC + EVENT. ITS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE 2X XP RATE, PLEASE DISREGARD EVERYTHING DARKTIFA SAYS, THIS PERSON IS BANTERING ON EVERY SINGLE POST AS IF THEY KNOW EVERYTHING , DARKTIFA DIDN'T EVEN PLAY ON TEL ALBIM FFS.

THE COMMUNITY OF TEL ALBIM PREFERED IT 2X, KEEP IT THAT WAY. THANK YOU. IGNORE ANYONE WHOS ARGUING, THE PEOPLE WHO WANT THIS SERVER ARE THE PEOPLE WHO PLAYED TEL ALBIM. RESPECT IT. PLEASE AND THANK YOU
