Server Raid Progression

As some are approaching level 60 and eyeing up raiding, we recognize that we have yet to make an announcement on the phasing of content. For the time being, content will be locked at Phase 1 (Ony/MC). We will be deciding on a concrete approach to the subsequent phases but for now plan to be on phase one for the near future.
