I'm veeeery new to Octowow, and even on Turtle I only got to like level 20 or so, and so never got a mount on either. I can see on the wiki that mounts get added to a collection (unlike them being inventory items like vanilla WoW, if memory serves) and I just wondered if these were account-wide or just character specific?
