Progressive Level Caps on launch

The concept of progressive level caps is moderately popular among the more casual playerbase, that is also the majority of the players.

Especially with Turtle WoW, now is the chance to implement this to truly award and incentivize the thorough exploration of Turtle WoW's creation.

Even in TWoWs realms, most players zipped through leveling doing the typical grinds, dungeon spams and so on.

Over the past 10 years, you can observe how people are always intensily pressured to "keep up" and "stay relevant" with the rest - despite deep down wanting to have reasons to explore content - yet understandingly choose to strengthen their character as a priority.

When putting months of distance between 1 raid release after the other for some weekly gatekept content - somehow we've normalized not to do the same for the entire world of Azeroth, which is arguably the majority of the appeal of the game, meant to be savoured and experienced meaningfully (just like we're protected by our own selves when raid content is released periodically instead of all at once)

-------

We can about how slow or quick the level cap increase should be, but I definitely think it should be implemented one way or the other // allowing us to experience "what the best gear is" and explore specific zones with -everyone-

I look forward to your insightful imput into this

I don't know how players play on Private Servers, but I know from general knowledge that on official Blizzard they "Optimize" the play and remember hearing about Raid.io which pulls info if player XYZ played "efficiently" aka if he is a Die-Hard that should be doing anything else than play RPGs, let alone MMO Games. If you guys want a community that is "protected" from player die-hard optimization mindset that sets in at one point or another, you should have people disincentivized in doing so, by pulling the same tools that tell people if someone has play meta and instead of rewarding them for doing so, sanctioning them. That's what Vanilla wow had that was pure magic. Also, very unpopular opinion sorry but addons should also be selective if not banned altogether.

Since OP brought up The World as The Main Character basically, these two aspects that I brought up, unpopular as they might be are logical if you want to have that feel to the game, plus given the "Turtle" brand that launched basically with this idea, "slow and steady", I can't help but bringing all this up.

This would be a pretty big turn off to me personally.

Personally I think this would be awesome. Getting BiS gear every like 10 levels starting at 20 sounds super fun.
