Can we please Revert the frost mage nerf?

In turtle wow, on the later end of their patches they took away frost mages slow on blizzard by like 30%.
The reasoning in the update notes was that it was too strong in PVP. After talking with people (I had quit after the nerf so I did not know about the patches that came after) but that there was an adjustment to pvp after the frost mages specific nerf.
My issue was that it seemed like the issue was with Frost mage in PVP. I understand the over powered nature of frost mage, I know the argument of being able to get by with just using Cone of Cold. But my favorite game type to play is hardcore, and my favorite class is frost mage.
I would like to know if its possible to revert this frost nerf. Or if the new operators of OctoWoW would consider other options, such as a way to keep the nerf in PVP but not against mobs, or remove this in Hardcore?
I'm not trying to catered to, I just want to play my favorite class. I loved Turtle wow and the community, and it felt like the thing I loved playing the most got nuked because of PVP or other people just hate it enough. If it could be considered that would be amazing.
