Levia Files: The End

I was in Levia relatively since the beginning and have seen most of everything that has happened, If you wish to distrust me that's fine but my only goal here is transparency and to squash this trope that anyone did anything game breaking in the course of time on OctoWoW.
Early on in the servers lifespan, when the population was less than 200 and people were on the cusp of reaching level 60 everyone was looking to jump straight into raid, myself included. That's how Levia was basically born with the small populace of 60s converging together. Being the first guild to push into raiding content, we stumbled on every bug imaginable with certain bosses and encounters. I personally unknowingly at the time crashed the server upwards of 5+ times because of bad interactions with paladins repentance.
These issues caused us to communicate with the developers and GMs on a frequent basis such as Pig in hopes to fix them for the betterment of the future. Nothing was handed to us unfairly, nor anything shady to my knowledge. This entire stereotype of "Levia bad" was simply fabricated by a gnome mage named Chromie and soon after a night elf hunter named Icantkite.
Chromie had disputes from some of our members early on, personally I never had a issue with them, I still remember grinding the original Black Morass reputation before it got updated with Chromie. But somewhere along the line they let their ego loose and attempted to defame Levia in anyway possible. So much so they would constantly submit tickets to GMs about miniscule issues they had with us. For example, a member used their druid bear form to sit on Chromie in Stormwind causing Chromie to lash out at the GMs.
This caused Chromie to somewhat make a name for themselves between our guild and I'd assume even the GMs. Pig being the bearing force at the time had to deal with that and I only assume caused a negative cogitation. Which inevitably resulted in the infamous Pig/Lyric debacle.
This is only my personal opinion, but if I was an authority and someone known to cause multiple instances of wasting staff resources said something that would cause themselves a mute or suspension I'd send them on a two week vacation as well.
As for Icantkite, I truly believe they are just a agent of chaos feeding on any drama they can cause. They saw the opportunity Chromie was making and decided to enforce it by spreading misinformation with multiple unknown accounts. We're on the internet so people like this are an unavoidable plague unfortunately.
Now at the present day, Levia has fractured due to having different opinions in leadership and progression. Of course there is more dramatic information between people and the split but that's honestly not important nor will I share it. Both sides are simply going their separate ways with their own ideals.
I've made a lot of memories and friends inside Levia and I'm truly grateful to everyone who was in the guild. My only hope is that we can put this all behind us and push into a future more focused on community and achievement with one another.
