Guest- Operation Help Jabbey

We've done this quest before for a couple of different people. We've not tried it in a couple weeks since, but I don't believe it's bugged.
You are looking for the room across the bridge from the pyromancer guy above arena. Once you get there, there will be an opening on the right wall, the guy you need is in there with some dogs.
