HOW TO FIX GAME CAN'T BE STARTED ON WINDOWS 10/11 - CRASH AT STARTUP

First of all, to start this conversation, the newest OctoWoW client uses DXVK which needs Vulkan API 1.3 Version. This makes for those who have old graphics card or even integrated graphics can't start the game. I know that some of you don't meet the requirements but want to play it anyway, so hopefully this will help you to fix the game.
How to fix it:
1. Check your graphics control panel such as AMD Adrenaline or AMD Radeon Software or Nvidia App or Nvidia Control panel and check if you meet the requirements and that is the Vulkan API 1.3,
2. If you don't have it, go to OctoWoW folder of yours and delete the d3d9.dll, and then go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and find d3d9.dll, copy it (do not cut) then paste it into your OctoWoW folder,
3. If you meet the requirements but failed to start anyway, just do number 2.
PS: This works when you're downloading the OctoWoW client without the launcher, but for those who installed OctoWoW launcher, go to mods and then disable DXVK
