I had an idea that the devs should put up training-dummys at our class-trainers so until all talents are fixed we could have the ability ourselves to test out what talents work and what talents dont.
Also, is there any mages out there that can let me know what talents work and what talents dont work? Especially frost tree.

Frost is generally fine, apart from icicles
Fire is generally fine, apart from hotstreak, but who cares
Some Arcane talents are bugged, I advice against
I'm still playing fire for fun, while leveling, haven't checked if they fixed anything recently
