PROBLEM WITH ANTIVIRUS / UPDATING

Hi Friends.
Im havingf a trouble with my Windows Defender.
i already turn it OFF, and CANT update.
Click "Update" and the phrase "Update Incomplete" appears
Reinstalled
Instaladed
Deleted
Download it again.
- i made the allows that the OctoWow Says (authorize Vanilla.dll and WoW.Exe)
But its Not working.
