Message's post time is wrong, timezone problems of website

Displayed Post time of messages from users on website / forum is wrong. if you are not in the same timezone with server, you see post time differently.
I hope soon you improve your website's code and fix this problem, I know it is not very big deal but it still annoys me.
+ I could not find suitable suggestions section for website related issues, I will use PvE section for now because it has more players.
