Restore the Grimtotem Tauren skin

It seems to be the only skin missing from Turtle's shop as far as I can tell. I was excited to play as a Grimtotem when I started here. Can't imagine it was removed for lore reasons as there are Dark Iron Dwarf, Death Knight, Blackrock Clan, etc skins and the Grimtotem are actually present in Thunder Bluff.
