Honorable Kills award honor properly again (byproduct of infrastructure changes from the DDoS)

HK's award exp again for warmode players (same as above)

Effects that trigger on killing blow now work on enemy players (like warlock soul shard generation)

The Gurubashi Arena coin is awarded again for defeating another player in the arena.

2x xp when? xrealm bgs when? this is something wanted by vast majority of the community on the pvp server stop ignoring us.

# Honor not awarded for two honorable kills (2026-08-31)

**Character:** Shemp (Horde shaman, level 60). **Victim (both fights):** Aluma, level 60
Alliance hunter, guild "For The Horde". Location: Burning Steppes / Blackrock area.
**All times below are SERVER TIME** (my local time is server +2 h); unix epochs included for
exact matching. Logged client-side by an addon of mine. GUID legend:
`0x00000000000086A4` = Aluma, `0x0000000000000663` / "me" = Shemp.

**Claim:** `GetPVPSessionStats()` (today-HK / today-honor counters, sampled every 60 s)
did not move after either killing blow. These were my first two kills of this target today,
so diminishing returns cannot explain it.

Snapshot values, as returned by the client API at 05:33:09 server time: honor kills today = 0,
honor today = 0 (rank 9 "Centurion"; rank progress value also unchanged across all snapshots).

have combat log too if needed

I just noticed the Dalaran rep npc doesn't seem to offer rep rewards. Can this be fixed?

Thorn Gorge fix when?

War Mode is gone from the list of challenges. This is after I deleted my WDB and re-verified my game files.

edit: Kestrel correctly suggested that it was a stale patch-5.mpq. After deleting that and re-updating, it was fixed.

I'd post a separate bug report, but it seems like it could be related to this patch, since the patch explicitly mentions War Mode?

Sounds like a stale patch 5 (or other stale patches). I would delete any patches past patch 4 and try using the launcher to redownload them.

Just to clarify, it won't be a fix, it will be new content (assuming you mean the marks and reputation and stuff), so while we are going to get to it, it will not be super soon.

I see. But you should know Turtle released Thorn Gorge in half-baked state. Half-baked because the BG in terms of gameplay is fine, it only lacks BG specific features like rep and Marks.

While I understand that adding reputation and rewards related with Thorn Gorge requires some work, adding Marks, expanding quest for Marks and increasing Honor gained is like 1 hour of work and it fixes majority of issue regarding this battleground. I urge you to reconsider it.
