I don’t understand the reason for the ban; I didn’t buy the account, and I didn’t use any RMT.

You are correct you did not buy the account, you bought gold. On 2026-08-04 16:32-16:33 on your toon Nacki sold 3 heard of the wild and one living essence for a 500g profit. Oh and on your character Lacki way back on 2026-07-20 you bought another 100g from the same gold seller by auctioning a shield of Thorsen.
