What is the reason for my account ban? I didn't engage in RMT, didn't violate the project's rules, and played fairly. Why? Rustam - N'Zoth

Good luck to the project with such an unreasonable community manager. It shows a lack of respect for my time when, instead of even a basic explanation for the ban, I get hit with baseless accusations of RMT without a shred of log evidence.

In the past, I was banned for RMT; I didn't contest it then because the ban was justified. Now, however, having played fairly and used only legitimate gold-farming methods, I am facing an unjustified ban that no one has bothered to explain to me. "We have no evidence to support this, and we have a policy of banning just the existing accounts at the time of RMT events rather than continuing to ban subsequent accounts"—this is a direct quote from one of your replies in another thread regarding someone else's appeal.

I understand sarcasm does not always come through in other languages, but you may want to learn how to spot it. It is quit important if you want to use quotes like that.

We have evidence, and you know what you did. You bought 250g on 2026-07-18 by selling one moist cornbread for 131g and one strider meat for 119g on the AH in a very poor attempt to mast your intention.

Of course we have the logs for this, but I find the chat logs a lot more compelling personally. Read below (translations in parentheses).

The character and account used RMT were banned several months ago. These are old logs that have no connection whatsoever to the current account and character. For what reason am I banned now?

We will be making some modifications to our system to keep from sweeping up old RMT transactions into new audits before V7. Sorry for the attitude its been a long week.
