hello octowow team, i would like to know the reason for my account ban please, and if this might be a misunderstanding

Man I love the forum name, but unfortunately it is not a mistake on our end. We have a clear RMT transaction on your account on 2026-08-11/12. I'll give ya an A for effort on this masking attempt though.

We see you mailing your alt 50g and some junk items on the 11th at 16:08:27. Then on your alt at 16:12 and again on the 12th at 02:58 you listed a cobalt crusher for 130g, tough scorpid gloves, and tough scorpid shoulders for 69g (ha) and 200g respectively.

You then had a gold seller purchase these items for their inflated price. Once you had the gold you mailed it back to your main (Capymeant) and sent some to two of your alt accounts. One of which we did not catch on our first pass but because of this appeal we did find an ban as well. Unfortunate.

Of course if you still think this may be a mistake, let us know.

Thank you for your response, Octowow team: I understand that I bought gold. Since all my guildmates were doing it, I didn't think it would be a problem (a big mistake). I have played Octowow since the beginning and have invested a lot of time into the game. I take full responsibility for the ban on my main accounts, but the mage account "thepanther" belongs to my brother (you can verify the IP address). You can remove all the gold from it if you wish, as I am the one who got him into this mess.
