when trying to update the launcher I get this "Octolauncher cannot be closed. Please close manually and click retry to continue

I got it too. After doing the retry, it continued to installed. However, when I try to Octolauncher.exe I get "Procedure entry point av_buffer_create could not be located in the dynamic link library. Need help fix it. Thanks!
