So i was a pretty well geared ret pally on ambershite before the servers were taken down. Did alot of testing with "spell strike" effects and had almost every single item available including t2 3 pc. I never had the tempered runeblade though, but this go around I got it and began testing. I see the shadow dmg on my yellow hits( seal of command procs, holy strike, crusader strike) but not on my white hits and some yellow hits( auto attack and seal of righteousness) is this the way it always was? As well i see that not every hit from items like ring of electrical binding/ fiery gloves proc the extra mana from judgment of wisdom and almost never proc judgement of light. This is not how I remmeber the spell strike effects working, they seem to be either not working as they were on turtle or watered down for some reason. Just wanted to start a discussion as a sanity check to see if others see this as well or if this is intended and different from turtle.
