Hardcore Death Appeal – Elturiel (Level 26 Hunter)
Hello OctoWoW team,
I would like to request the resurrection of my Hardcore character Elturiel, a level 26 Hunter.
My character died on September 9, 2026, at approximately 23:46 EST as a result of a disconnect/crash caused by the ongoing DDoS attacks.
After being disconnected, Elturiel apparently reconnected in the middle of a large group of Murlocs in the Wetlands. As a result, my character was immediately attacked and killed before I could regain control.
This was not a normal in-game death. The character was placed in immediate danger because of the DDoS-related disconnect, and I had no opportunity to react or move my character to safety.
I kindly ask you to check the server logs for the incident and, if possible, restore/resurrect Elturiel.
I understand the importance of the Hardcore rules and would not normally ask for a resurrection. However, since this death was caused by the ongoing DDoS issues, I hope my case can be considered under the exception for large-scale server incidents.
