Is Octowow Dead

As the subject indicates....is Octowow dead? I am in Brisbane Australia. On Monday and Tuesday night (around 8pm my time) I was with guildies painfully trying to get through Strath Live. After 5 times, I lost count as to how many times we all got booted from the game on those two evenings. Yesterday was ok during the day then by 4.45pm my time, 10 mins MAX and it was constant boot after constant boot. I appear to not be the only one.
I know the Devs are trying to make some changes but there has been no information regarding what is going on. I know that they are dealing with DDOS attacks and because of anonymity, there is little they can do except try and combat it.
All I see is a game I cannot log on to at all now and its 10.48am. It is getting worse every day and has ended with a game that is not possible to log in to.
So I ask you my fellow players. What is actually going on and is Octowow gone or slowly headed towards the inevitable shutdown.

The last two days server felt like dead for me could not get to play at all. Other people in discord having similar struggles and searching for alternatives already cause they fed up.
U can link him the forum but u could also change ur homepag a bit. Remove the streamer stuff and pack some info on the main site instead. I mean thats what hps are made for to give people information. Then people dont have to search x threads for information which most are not used to anymore or never were.
Server sadly went from halftime down to fulltime unacessible now. I fear it wont make another 2 weeks in this limbo.

better now? sounded a bit to much like asshole as i intended it to be but was early pre coffee. Hope this reads a bit less offensife/ded

Yeah, it's dead. Completely unplayable any time of the day.
