A response to A response to "Twinks ruin Pvp"

Twinks are ruining pvp. Xp locked characters should only play other xp locked characters to create fair and competitive games. Surely all twinks support this?
You already know I do Uggerbugger, or at least you should cause that's what I told you about 6 times. The caveat for me would be that I think if they do that it might be a good idea to combine pvp server and pve server players, and wait till DDOS is over to see what the daily player amount is. I would much rather competitive games against (and with) other level 39 players, but I wouldn't want that to mean queues times go from being instantaneous to being once or twice a day.
But if the devs feel like the amount of people truly interested in playing low level pvp, rather than just the tourists like Ugger, could support dedicated twink brackets that would be amazing.
