Just wanted to get some clarification from the dev team about the upcoming PTR plans.

1. Will there be an option to get instant level 60 (usually done through an NPC dialogue)?
2. If yes, will there be an option to get pre-BIS gear as well?
3. How many raids will be open for testing?

For now we only have 10x exp on the PTR. We will likely add those features once we get to testing more content but our priority for this run of the PTR is class changes, professions fixes, and questing/leveling bugs.

Will we get an announcement when the PTR is live for players to use and how to get it to work with the separate launcher and what not...??

Will characters also be copied from the production realm as a starting point or did I misunderstand that?
