Vendors with incorrect or missing ammo/arrow provisions

Howdy fellow Hunters,
I noticed the Octowow.st/db NPCs sometimes don't provide ammo/arrows and wasn't sure if this is intentional or which one is wrong. I'm also unaware if certain ammo/arrow types are supposed to be intentionally sought out as you level from different leveling zones.
If I think about a few scenarios, early game ammo/arrows make sense being in towns/outposts that correspond and reflect the limited stock for those areas. However, as I progressed, I was surprised capital cities sometimes don't offer higher end ammo/arrows at their respective vendors and instead these higher end arrow/ammo are located at Trade Supplies, General Goods, and sometimes other types of vendor NPCs.
The logic and balance of this doesn't make sense at times, but figured I would make a post to address the topic, and let folks identify vendors that are missing matched to the database information.
