Wrong quest rewards.

It seems that all quest rewards from custom quests/zones give a really high gold reward on max level.
For example in the goblin starting zone quest rewards gave 20-40 silver.
While in Mulgore the quest give the normal amount of 3-10 silver.
A quest worth 1 silver became 1 gold in Sparkwater Port , a quest worth 50 copper became 1 gold + in the same place.
It feels like the formula of increased gold gain on max level is wrong in those custom zones/quest.
