Regarding the refresh mechanism of elite monsters

Hi GM, I've been camping an elite monster these past few days. From what I found, it respawns every 16 hours. I killed one at 4:48 this morning, but it still hasn't respawned till now. I wanted to ask if a server restart resets the spawn of this monster, or what's the deal.Excuse me for interrupting. I logged in immediately after the server was restarted in the afternoon and didn't refresh the monsters

I'm not sure which rare you're trying to farm, but Octo added a 30% variance to certain rare spawns. Assuming your rare was one of the ones hit by this change, the spawn can happen anywhere between 30% sooner or later.
