This is the third day I haven't been able to get into the game; when I try to log in, it just gets stuck on "connecting." I’ve already done everything recommended (things I shouldn't even have to do for a serious server in 1st place) like flushing DNS, adding ports to system files, using a VPN from different locations, and resetting my PC, my modem, my Alexa, my grandma and my dog, but nothing works.

If that’s all that can be done about it for now, could someone on the staff have the decency to reply and say whether they’re working on a fix or if it’s going to stay this way for good (since I know there are people who *can* get in). That way, I can go play on another server or do something else, instead of wasting my time waiting to play here.

I also take this opportunity to ask for the third time that:

Fix dismiss summons on taking flightpaths or give the shard back.
Fix summons/pets paths when jump from buildings.
Fix YOUR client to make macros works correctly
Fix YOUR client to pfUi EliteOverlay and xPerl addons works showing the Dragons in portraits for Rares/Elites

Hi, sorry for the situation, it is frustrating and we're aware of it, all updates related to DDoS attacks and protection methods are in announcements segment, i think we've been quite transparent.

I've finally convinced some friends to give a chance and try the game out for the first time and we are unable to play it, hopefully they wont just give up on it. Its been so much time since this started, is it really supposed to take this long to solve an anti-DDoS? I tought all servers had some sort of it. Since the anti-DDoS started blocking our connection its been worse for us to play than during the DDoS weeks where at least we had some windows of time when we could play.

And although you all have been transparent about it, we have no information on when things will stabilize properly, just a vague notion that you all are trying, and we are thankful for that, but its pretty disheartening.
