We have to wait a year to get into K40; the opening date is too late.

We have to wait a whole year before we can get to K40. The unlock time is far too late. Also, we don’t know what new dungeons will come after K40. When we were disrupted by DDoS attacks, we badly needed some encouraging news.

Yeah, I'll be real, I don't really understand the slow road map. I'd wager a huge portion of the Turtle community started on Nord while Naxx was active, right. It was never a progression server, not since they had a very very small community. There's no real harm in having stuff open faster.
I think what bothers me is like, I've never really heard a good argument for the delays. If you don't want to rush through the content, don't rush through the content. I'm also not asking for everything to open right away either, but needing to wait a year to start on K40 again feels rough. Needing to wait what another six months just for AQ40 feels rough.
I think there are a ton of positives for a faster road map, a big one being the server economy which to be honest right now is a bit scuffed. Even if you're a casual player taking things slow you would benefit from a stronger server economy.
Consider this from a raid scheduling perspective, and just getting people used to that schedule. So right now you can knock out MC / Ony. Ok so then BWL comes out, that's two raid slots. Then three months later ES comes out, and that would result in MC / Ony one day and BWL / ES on a second day. So still just two raid slots essentially. We would need to wait another almost two months before fitting in a third raid slot.
Beyond AQ, guilds will typically keep three raid days and just get rid of stuff like ZG / Ony / K10 / ES from the main days and schedule them on off days or just do them on the fly, especially ZG / K10 / Ony.
I believe speeding up the time for AQ to open would help guilds get that three day schedule in place, we're creatures of habit and having three set days for people to show up at is in my opinion and important factor long term and I think it's not healthy for guilds or the server in general to have such a lack of content to work at right now.
I know I've talked to people who didn't want to bother starting here because of how long of a delay there was on content. I know at least one guy that said he'll probably just start in six months because he doesn't want to get started and feel timegated. That sort of arbitrary time gating is definitely a factor for why some people left the Blizzard ecosystem.
I don't see any real negatives to letting the players that want to access content at a faster pace do so, but I see several negatives for making people wait so long even just to see BWL. Like another month and a half just for BWL, then there's a full three months before Emerald Sanctum releases, and a further almost two months before AQ40 release.
The part that frustrates me with this conversation is the opposing argument is basically just "but I want to feel like I'm ahead of the curve". It's an ego thing for people that don't want to feel like they're getting left behind but I really can't wrap my head around that because this isn't a seasonal server, it's not going to wipe and restart. My guild personally doesn't even have the numbers to host our own MC raids yet-- and it's hard to recruit people when they know that it's basically just gonna be farming MC for another two months, then farming BWL for like what five months before AQ comes out? My guild specifically, we had spent so long on Nord progressing together, eventually hosting our own Naxx runs, getting them under two hours, and we never hosted our own K40 but most of us cleared it with other guilds and at that stage after two years we were kind of burned out from running MC / BWL-- my point is like, the idea of farming only MC / BWL for another five months is honestly a bit discouraging. AQ would at least feel "relevant".
So yeah, I feel pretty strongly that everything up to AQ should be sped up, and beyond that, once guilds have enough content to flesh out a three day raid schedule, sure keep the currently scheduled pace.
My personal take would be, open ZG yesterday, open BWL October 1st, ES Nov 1st, and open AQ40 November 15th. The current three month delay between AQ / Naxx with Timbermawhold in the middle of that seems perfect. That would result in a month and a half of BWL progress before AQ opens which might seem fast but again, no one needs to rush into AQ40, but having the option open, having the ability to do AQ20, I feel that's important. That would result in AQ40 opening in roughly two and a half months. Naxx opening in roughly five and a half months, and K40 opening in roughly eight and a half months.
Sorry for the wall of text.

Simply because Octo needs made all raids working?
We do not have crapy client here, but rebuild version, not completed i assume.

I don't care that much. This server is to be similar to Turtle WoW. The home you come back from time to time. So when I take a break, it will be K40 already.

I mean I doubt there will be new content by the time the devs catch up to where turtle wow was. At best octowow is a preservation server. The way the server's infrastructure works to maintain anonymity(at least in theory), makes it so it would not be realistically feasible to make new content from there.
There are big trade offs when choosing anonymity and security, and one of those things is being able to collaborate as neither of the team is privy to the other team-members location. To collaborate requires a level of interaction that can be intercepted, tracked, and ultimately result in someone figuring out who is receiving access.
So the only way this works is if one of the main devs or all of them have completely seperate teams who make their own content, make encrypted messages on their final product, and then chooses the best one to put it in live, but that too opens a different set of worms because that also means a lack of being able to iron out the finer details for long periods of time even when live. (not to mention more people on a project is more vectors to get busted).
Now for a setup like this, it does make sense if the point is to preserve a version of turtle wow. Chances are these devs managed to get most of if not all of the spaghetti code (basically the bones) of turtle wow before it was shut down. That means the reason why it will take a year to get to K40 is because the devs are basically making the rest of the missing content by scratch. However, that also means again, they likely do not have a way to make consistent new content after that fact. Either way, at least people are getting turtle wow back.

im only lvl 40 so im fan of slow opening. when i came to turtlewow, all raids were open and half server was bis, doing raids was just getting carried while not having any gear. Id like to experience real progression for once. so I am fan of slow schedule. I hope i get to 60 before BWL opens

The raids have to stay one step behind Capy and Raven by necessity so they can scrape the data.

While they are at it why not just give everyone naxx gear so we can clear content easier?
