Is there an administrator who can help me?

I want to change the email address associated with my account, but it tells me "The current password you entered is incorrect." I don't understand; I go to the login page and request a reset, and I receive the password reset email, but then I get a "505 Bad Gateway" error. I need help—is there anyone who knows about this, or perhaps an administrator?
