As mentioned in the previous post, the new DDoS protection filter is catching legitimate player traffic as well as the DDoS traffic during attacks. As a reminder, this is not something we have direct control over, this is a filter that is managed by our service provider and updated manually through tickets.

We are adjusting our system to account for this overzealous filtering, and should at the worst, have similar availability that we have had the previous week.

Expect an update on the process of fine tuning this DDoS protection filter early/mid next week when we (hopefully) hear back from our service provider.

Stuck at Logging into game server (normal one)

Ya...having same issue as before...can't connect to the normal servers.

Couldn't log in last night, but it's working fine now.

Yeah, congratulation for the new hardware update. We waited couple of month - so we can wait a couple of days more. Don't worry. We just be thankful, that you carry about it and work this out.

i'm stuck at "connecting" and disconected

I was stuck at "connecting" earlier tonight but managed to log in eventually,,, good luck with the fine-tuning!

Seems like the login server is getting hammered tonight. Been down for maybe an hour now. Hopefully we get an update from the devs soon.
