'Spoken' port to AI_Voiceover

This is a simple port of the much higher quality audio files of the Spoken project into the AI_VoiceOver player for 1.12 clients.

All credit to rustykey for their work on the Spoken project. I've merely ported over and mapped their HQ audio files.
