Post update, was able to learn rank 2 and 3 of Noxious Assault normally.

Rank 4 shows up on trainer, it takes the almost 5 gold (every time you try to learn it), but doesn't give you the skill, and it still shows up as learnable (if you spam the train button, you lose a lot of gold fast).

Relentless Strikes talent is still giving the "Enkindled Flames" buff instead of "Relentless Strikes".

3/3 Ruthlessness is not giving the reported 100% chance to add a combo point (seems like it may be reverted to the old 66%).

5/5 Seal Fate is not giving combo points for Noxious Assault crits.

Adding combo points to a new target is transferring all combo points from previous target.

Quickfooted, and Corrosive/Dissolvent poisons are still missing, and now Ghostly Strike is missing as well.

"Chromatic Empowerment: Fire" still in spellbook General tab.

Still cannot use Sap (requires combo points)

Surprise Attack is now usable, but its giving 2 combo points instead of one, and you can spam it as many times in the window from a dodge as GCD permits.

Hack and Slash seems to no longer work with Axes

When it does proc from swords it now shows 1 extra attack from "Sword Specialization" instead of "Hack and Slash"

Subtletly passive skill that gives 7% movement speed cannot be learned from the trainer.
If i remember correctly the name was Quickfooted.
Same with Dissolvent poison
