i figured i would post here too
My current IP is not whitelisted, and account managemnt does not have the ability to whitelist it. It is possible my current IP is different than the one I most recently signed in with. I would like both whitelisted if possible. Thank you so much. Also if anyone knows where I am supposed to send ...

17 hour in, still cannot login. is there no other way to login than whitelist ?
my isp gave me dynamic ip address, so im not sure about this whitelist ip address. and i believe most user will also have dynamic ip address.

update :
ip still not in whitelis.
but finally manage to login.
i dont know what happen on server side but hooray for octo team !
