minor Shadow Priest bugs/issues

Hello there!
I noticed a few minor Shadow Priest bugs/issues that don’t seem to be working correctly:
1-Mind Blast can currently proc Spirit Tap.
2-Holy Nova should be castable while in Shadowform.
3-Shadow Weaving does not seem to be updated to the new patch version yet.
From what I understand, Shadow Weaving should work like this now:
Every time you use a Shadow spell, you gain a stackable BUFF for 10 seconds, up to 5 stacks.
Every time a Shadow spell lands on a target, it applies a 15-second stackable DEBUFF based on the number of BUFF stacks you currently have.
Shadow Priest was already one of the lowest DPS specs, so these changes are important to help make the spec more viable and enjoyable to play
Also, is there any update regarding Fear Ward?
