Shaman Bugs as of 1.18 drop

Thanks for everything, guys. I am happy to see the hard work you are all putting in to get us back to where we were before Turtle bit the dust.
I am opening this thread for people to catalog any issues they have with the Shaman class after the full 1.18 drop for easy reference.
The only things I have had a chance to test is the stable shields+totemic alignment talents, which seems to both be working properly now (at least for lightning shield, I do not have the others to test it with) and the Spirit Armor talent, which does not seem to grant the 30% increased armor from shields. I am not sure of the threat bonus as I cannot figure how to test that myself.
