Our server provider Flokinet has been continuing to work with us on improving our scrubbing profile. We have also been evaluating other service providers this entire time as well in an attempt to get things stabalized as fast as possible, but as you all know we make many sacrifices to maintain anonymity and this is a big one.

We have also been continuing our work to improve our DDoS protection with what secondary mitigation providers we have while we work with Flokinet. We have seen some success with them and will continue to try to improve things best we can.

This sounds good, yeah, great work. But what about periodically problems with connection while players cant enter the game and being stucked on ''authenthication'' or game crushing when they connecting to server? I'm sure you know about this but we have not any reasonable explaining about that. Spending many minutes (some cases - hours) on entering game server not relays good on online or supporting project.

I concur!, whats up lately, You keep saying things are getting repair, IT works then does not work, off and on past month... for me. Like right now, again....

I keep getting stuck at authentication erery afternoon. What acuses this issue?

I get stuck at the verification stage after 10:00 Moscow time; even if I do manage to log in, it's best not to log out, because I won't be able to get back in.

I was on the whitelist, had no trouble logging in for the past couple weeks.
Now im checking if im still on the whitelist, and now this doesnt seems to be the case.

Cant log in, my patience with this server is running out.

The day before yesterday, I got kicked from Molten Core about 20 times; after reconnecting, it would let me onto the server, but only for about 10 seconds before disconnecting me again. Eventually, it wouldn't let me on at all—it wouldn't connect, no matter what I tried. Yesterday, I couldn't get onto the server the entire day. This morning, I logged in without issues and joined a pug raid in Zul'Gurub, but halfway through, I got kicked again and now I can't get back on. How long do you think I—or anyone else facing this—can put up with a game where every raid results in a disconnect and makes it impossible to actually finish the run?

Oh, and by the way, I have a static IP. Two days ago, I contacted support asking to have my IP address whitelisted, since that feature is no longer available in the user panel and I can't add it myself. You didn't even bother to reply in all that time.

Can't login since yesterday. Every time for last two weeks or so when I run this game Iam not sure do I able to login or not... sadly.

Do note if the server is being DDOSed, it does not matter if your current IP is being whitelisted or not.
