I have a question about this item https://octowow.st/db/?item=12462 (Embrace of the Wind Serpent)
Can its effect proc off spellstrikes? I mean regular spellstrikes (e.g. Gilneas ring) not paladins' t2 spellstrikes.
I want a confirmation before I start this grind
